Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Vintron Infosystem, we strive to provide high-quality products and services. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been processed or dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

IMPORTANT: All products sold by Vintron Infosystem are strictly non-refundable. We do not offer cash or credit refunds for any products once they are sold and delivered.

3. Product Replacement Only

We offer a replacement-only policy for products that are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and invoice.
  • Upon verification of the defect by our technical team, we will provide a replacement of the same product model.
  • If the same model is out of stock, we may offer an equivalent model or a store credit for future purchase.

4. Warranty Claims

For any issues arising after the initial 24-hour period, standard manufacturer warranty terms apply. We will assist you in coordinating with the authorized service centers of the respective brands (HP, Dell, etc.).
